Studio: Unit 3, The Willows, 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY, United Kingdom. - Same-day delivery across London, 7 days a week — Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays included, with the same range and no weekend surcharge. Orders accepted until 22:00 (10 PM) daily. - 3-hour delivery is available in central London. Outside central London delivery is same-day, on the date chosen at checkout. Checkout asks for the delivery date, not a time window; a specific hour, an out-of-hours or midnight delivery and airport deliveries are arranged on request (order comment or WhatsApp) and may carry an additional fee. - Delivery to the rest of the UK: 2–3 working days. - Delivery is £4.99, free on orders from £120 — in London and across the UK. - Freshness guarantee: flowers stay fresh for at least 3 days from delivery when the supplied care instructions are followed. If they wilt sooner, send a photo within those 3 days and we replace the bouquet.
