Who is Floritta?

Floritta is an independent London florist, trading since 2021. We hand-tie every bouquet in our own studio at Unit 3, The Willows, 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY, and deliver across London seven days a week as well as to the rest of the United Kingdom.

Where is Floritta based?

Our studio is at Unit 3, The Willows, 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY. Bouquets are made there by our own florists and go out from that address every day between 08:00 and 22:00.

How late can I order flowers for same-day delivery in London?

Until 10 pm, seven days a week. An order placed by 10 pm is delivered the same day anywhere in London, subject to courier availability, and in central London three-hour delivery is available. Full terms are on our delivery information page.

Does Floritta deliver outside London?

Yes. Delivery to the rest of the UK takes 2–3 working days and is booked at checkout in the same way as a London order.

What is Floritta’s freshness guarantee?

Flowers stay fresh for at least 3 days from delivery when the supplied care instructions are followed. If they wilt sooner, send us a photo within those 3 days and we replace the bouquet. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
