Is there a Floritta shop in Canning Town or at ExCeL?

We do not have a shop front in E16. Floritta is a delivery florist: the arranging happens in our workshop in SE1, and the finished bouquet travels to the docks by car. Because nothing sits in a window waiting for a buyer, every stem is fresh on the day, and you can order any design in the collection, late in the evening or on a bank holiday.

Can you deliver to a hotel near ExCeL London?

Yes, the hotels around Royal Victoria Dock are some of our most frequent stops in E16. Address the flowers to the guest by full name, add the name of the hotel and, if you know them, the booking name and the arrival date. Reception holds the bouquet and passes it on, so it is fine if the guest is out at the exhibition halls. If the guest has not checked in yet, mention that in the comment and the hotel will usually keep the flowers until they arrive.

Can flowers go straight to a stand at an ExCeL exhibition?

Sometimes, but it is not our decision: during a show the halls take deliveries through the organiser’s own goods-in arrangements, with set times and passes. Ask the organiser or the person on the stand how deliveries are handled for that event, and put their instructions and a mobile number in the order comment. When access to the hall is not possible, delivering to the hotel or to the ExCeL reception desk the person names is the reliable route.

What is the latest I can order for delivery in E16 today?

You can order until 22:00 for delivery the same day. The only exception is Christmas Eve, 24 December, when same-day orders close at 17:00. Weekends and bank holidays have the same 22:00 limit, and an earlier order simply gives the driver more room in the day. Can I book a delivery slot for Silvertown or Royal Wharf?

When the delivery date is tomorrow or later, yes: at checkout choose a window of 9am–1pm, 1pm–6pm or 6pm–11pm, or leave it as “any time”, and the route is planned around it. Orders for today come between 9am and 11pm without a slot. On peak days such as Valentine’s Day a delivery can occasionally run late. If the flowers must arrive before a certain time, write it in the order comment or send us a WhatsApp message first, and the florist will confirm whether that time can be kept.

How do you deliver to the new apartment buildings in the docks?

Most of the large developments in E16 have a concierge or a 24-hour desk, and that is where the driver goes first: the team there signs for the flowers and lets the resident know. In smaller blocks without a desk, please give us the flat and block number, the entry code and a phone number for the recipient, so the driver can call up instead of leaving the bouquet in a shared hallway.

Sympathy and funeral flowers in the Royal Docks

When a family is grieving we deliver condolence flowers to their home anywhere in E16, and on the day of a funeral we can bring tributes to the church, chapel or crematorium before the service.
