Express & Urgent Flower Delivery in London
Need flowers in someone’s hands today, at a set hour, or at an address you cannot get to yourself? Floritta is a working florist studio in Southwark — every urgent order is tied and dispatched by us, not passed on to a relay network. Order by 10 pm and we deliver the same day, anywhere in London, seven days a week.
This page covers everything we can do at speed: same-day delivery, three-hour delivery in central London, deliveries timed to a particular hour, midnight surprises, airport deliveries, and the fastest route to an address outside London. If your deadline is tight, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will tell you straight away whether it is possible.
Same-day flower delivery until 10 pm, seven days a week
Our studio accepts same-day orders until 10 pm every day, weekends and bank holidays included. Most London florists close their same-day window in the afternoon — ours stays open into the evening because the flowers are prepared in our own studio rather than routed through a third party.
At checkout, choose Today as the delivery date and complete the order. If you order after the cut-off, the bouquet goes out the following day. Delivery is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout and is free above our free-delivery threshold — full terms are on the delivery information page.
Three-hour delivery in central London
For central London addresses a bouquet usually reaches the recipient within about three hours of the order being placed. Postcodes closest to the studio — Southwark, London Bridge, the City, Shoreditch — are the quickest of all. Further out, the bouquet still arrives the same day.
If you are ordering against a hard deadline, the fastest choice is a bouquet from our Ready Now selection: those arrangements are made up and waiting, so nothing is held up by sourcing a particular stem.
Delivery at a specific time
Our checkout currently asks for the delivery date, not the hour. When the bouquet has to land inside a particular window — before a lunch reservation, at the end of a meeting, in the hour someone is still at their desk — write the time you need in the order comment field, or send it to us on WhatsApp before you pay.
We will confirm whether that hour is realistic for the address before the order goes through. Delivery timed to a set hour is a service we are building out properly; for now it is arranged by hand, and we would rather tell you honestly that an hour is not possible than take the order and miss it.
Midnight and early-morning surprises
A bouquet arriving at midnight, as the birthday actually starts, is a different kind of gift from one that arrives at lunchtime. We can arrange deliveries outside normal hours — late evening, midnight, or first thing in the morning — for an additional fee that depends on the address and the hour.
These deliveries are booked in advance rather than ordered on the spot: message us on WhatsApp with the date, the time and the postcode, and we will confirm the fee and hold the slot. Pair it with a birthday bouquet and a card message written the way you would say it.
Airport deliveries
We deliver to London airports, including meeting an arriving passenger with the bouquet in the arrivals hall. This is arranged in advance for an additional fee: we need the flight number, the terminal and a contact mobile, and we track the flight so the flowers are there when the passenger is, not an hour before.
Airport arrangements are confirmed by message before the order is placed — send us the details on WhatsApp and we will come back with the fee and what we need from you.
The fastest we can deliver outside London
Outside London we send bouquets by tracked courier services such as DPD and FedEx, and delivery takes 2–3 working days. There is no same-day option beyond the capital: our couriers are our own people, and they work London.
If the deadline is tomorrow and the address is outside London, tell us before you order. Depending on where it is going and what time it is, there may be a faster route — and if there is not, we will say so rather than let you find out on the day.
If you need flowers within the hour
It happens, and it is usually solvable. Three things make it much more likely:
Message first, order second. A WhatsApp message takes a minute and tells you immediately whether the address and the hour work.
Pick from Ready Now. Arrangements that already exist leave the studio faster than anything made to order.
Give us a working phone number for the recipient. Nearly every urgent delivery that goes wrong goes wrong because nobody could reach the person at the door.

FAQ
How late can I order flowers for same-day delivery in London?
Until 10 pm, every day of the week including weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed after 10 pm are delivered the following day. For the best choice of bouquets, order as early in the day as you can.
How quickly can you deliver in central London?
Bouquets to central London addresses usually arrive within about three hours of the order being placed. Addresses further out are delivered the same day but take longer.
Can I ask for delivery at a specific time?
Our checkout asks for the delivery date rather than the hour. Write the time you need in the order comment field, or message us on WhatsApp before you pay, and we will confirm whether that window works for the address before the order is completed.
Do you deliver at midnight?
Yes, by arrangement and for an additional fee that depends on the address and the hour. Midnight and early-morning deliveries are booked in advance over WhatsApp rather than ordered directly through the website.
Can you deliver flowers to a London airport?
Yes. We deliver to London airports and can meet an arriving passenger with the bouquet in the arrivals hall for an additional fee. We need the flight number, the terminal and a contact mobile, and we track the flight so the timing matches the actual arrival.
Do you deliver on Sundays and bank holidays?
Yes. We deliver seven days a week, and the 10 pm cut-off applies every day, including Sundays and bank holidays.
What is the fastest way to send flowers outside London?
Delivery to the rest of the UK goes by tracked courier and takes 2–3 working days. There is no same-day service outside London. If your deadline is tighter than that, message us before ordering and we will tell you what is realistic.
Will I see the bouquet before it is delivered?
Yes. Once the bouquet is made up we send you a photo before it goes out, so you can see the arrangement before it reaches the recipient.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout, and it is free on orders above our free-delivery threshold, in London and across the UK. Fees for out-of-hours and airport deliveries are quoted separately when the delivery is arranged.
