Same-Day Flower Delivery in Seven Kings and Goodmayes, IG3
IG3 is the stretch of the London Borough of Redbridge between Ilford and Chadwell Heath: Seven Kings around its station and the High Road, and Goodmayes a little further east, up to Barley Lane and King George Hospital. There is no Floritta shop on the High Road. We make every bouquet in our single studio in Bermondsey, SE1, after the order comes in, and an order paid before 22:00 is delivered to a Seven Kings or Goodmayes address on the same day.
Terraced streets, converted flats and the High Road
Most of IG3 is long rows of Edwardian terraced houses, laid out a little over a century ago on the Corbett estates, with near-identical front doors and bay windows. Plenty of them are now split into an upstairs and a downstairs flat with two bells side by side, so add “flat A” or “upper flat” to the address and the driver will not have to guess. Along the High Road the homes sit above shops, sweet centres and restaurants; there the door is usually round the side or at the back, and a line saying where helps a lot. Parking on the High Road is tight in the evening and on Saturdays, so a phone number that someone actually answers saves time.
How same-day delivery gets to Seven Kings
Seven Kings and Goodmayes share our east London round with Ilford, Barking and Dagenham, and that round goes out seven days a week. When an order is paid before 22:00, a florist chooses the stems, sends you a picture of the finished piece and hands it to the driver for delivery the same day, with no charge for the short notice. Orders for today have no time slot and may arrive at any point between 9am and 11pm. If you are ordering ahead, the basket lists the delivery windows, the delivery fee and the spend above which delivery is free before you reach payment. The A12 and the High Road both slow down at rush hour, so if the timing of a surprise matters, pick the morning window.
Popular gifts for IG3
For birthdays, people mostly choose from our birthday flowers. Eid, Diwali and family weddings bring requests for generous, colourful bouquets, and roses remain the usual answer for an anniversary or a proposal. A flower box arrives arranged in wet foam and needs no vase, which suits a busy household or a hospital visit after discharge, while a potted plant keeps going for months. Whatever you write for the card, the florist who made the order copies it out by hand.
Where we deliver in IG3
The whole of IG3: Seven Kings station and the High Road, Seven Kings Park and the roads around it, South Park, Goodmayes station, Goodmayes Park, Barley Lane and King George Hospital, and the residential streets running north towards Little Heath. Nearby we also deliver to Ilford, Dagenham and Becontree and Barking, and to Chadwell Heath, Newbury Park, Gants Hill and Barkingside. For an address close to a postcode line, type it into the basket and you will see before paying whether we cover it. Every area is listed on our London delivery areas page.
Does Floritta have a shop in Seven Kings or Goodmayes?
No, we have no branch in IG3. Each bouquet is made to order in the Bermondsey studio rather than taken from stock, and before it leaves we send you a photo, so you see exactly what will be handed over at the door.
Can you deliver to King George Hospital in Goodmayes?
Yes, to the main reception on Barley Lane. Many wards there, as elsewhere, do not take cut flowers at the bedside, so please ask the ward before ordering and give us the patient’s full name, the ward and a contact number. If flowers are not allowed on the ward, a delivery to the family home or for the day the patient comes home is a good alternative.
What if no one answers the door in IG3?
The driver will call the recipient’s number first. If there is still no answer, the bouquet can be left with a neighbour or in a safe spot you named when ordering, such as a porch or a side passage. We do not leave flowers on the doorstep unless you ask us to; otherwise they go back to the studio and we ring you to agree a new delivery time.
What is the latest I can order for delivery to Seven Kings today?
22:00, every day, weekends included. On 24 December alone, same-day ordering stops at 5pm. Anything paid after the cut-off goes out the following day. The cut-off times for other parts of London are in our London cut-off times guide.
Can I book a delivery time for Goodmayes?
For a future date, yes: choose morning (9am–1pm), afternoon (1pm–6pm), evening (6pm–11pm) or any time. Same-day orders do not get a slot and arrive between 9am and 11pm. During the weeks of Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day the evening round may finish later. If an exact time is important, send us a WhatsApp message before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
