Three things come up again and again: how fresh the flowers are and how long they last, how quickly we deliver — same-day anywhere in London on orders placed by 10 pm, including last-minute ones — and being able to reach a real person by phone or WhatsApp late in the evening.

What if I am not happy with my flowers?

Email info@floritta.uk with a photo. Our freshness guarantee runs for three days from delivery when the supplied care instructions are followed: if the flowers wilt sooner, we replace the bouquet.
