Same-Day Flower Delivery in Greenford and Perivale, UB6
UB6 covers Greenford and Perivale in the London Borough of Ealing, strung along the A40 Western Avenue between Greenford Broadway, Horsenden Hill and the Paddington Arm of the Grand Union Canal. We do not have a shop on Greenford Road. A florist at our Bermondsey studio (SE1) makes each bouquet after the order arrives, and it travels west that same day: pay before 22:00 and the flowers are at a Greenford or Perivale door by the evening.
1930s semis, council blocks and the new flats at Greenford Quay
Most of Greenford and Perivale was built between the wars, so the typical address is a semi-detached house with a front garden and a side gate, and a porch or the side gate is usually a fine safe place. Older council blocks off Ruislip Road and Oldfield Lane have entry phones and shared stairwells; please give the block name, the flat number and the floor. The canal-side towers at Greenford Quay and the newer blocks near the stations have a concierge or a parcel room, so tell us in the notes whether staff there may accept flowers. Several roads in UB6 have similar names in neighbouring postcodes, which is why the full postcode matters more here than the street name alone.
How a same-day order reaches UB6
Greenford sits on our west London round alongside Acton, Wembley and Chiswick, and the van runs every day of the week, Sunday included. Once payment clears before 22:00, a florist picks the stems, sends you a photo of the finished bouquet, and it leaves the studio the same day with no extra charge for speed. Same-day orders are not tied to a slot and can arrive any time between 9am and 11pm. For a future date the basket shows the windows, the delivery fee and the order value above which delivery costs nothing, all before you pay. The A40 slows sharply at rush hour around the Hoover Building and the Greenford Road junction, so a morning or afternoon window is the safer choice when the hour really counts.
What people in Greenford usually send
Birthdays come first, so the birthday flowers collection is a good starting point. Red and pastel roses go out for anniversaries, weddings and proposals, while mixed seasonal bouquets work for thank-yous, a new baby or a speedy recovery. A flower box needs no vase, which helps when the present is going to an office near Westway Cross or to someone who has just moved in. For a lasting gift, a potted plant settles happily on a windowsill. The florist who builds your order also writes the card by hand.
Where in UB6 we deliver
All of UB6: Greenford Broadway and the streets off Greenford Road, Ruislip Road and Oldfield Lane, Ravenor Park, Perivale around the station and the Hoover Building, the roads below Horsenden Hill, the canal-side flats at Greenford Quay and the houses near South Greenford. Nearby we also go to Wembley, Acton and Chiswick, and to Northolt, Southall, Hanwell, West Ealing, Ealing, Sudbury and Alperton. When an address is close to a postcode boundary, enter it in the basket and you will see before paying whether it is on our route. The full list of areas is on the London delivery areas page.
Is there a Floritta shop in Greenford?
No. We work from one studio in Bermondsey and make every bouquet to order, so nothing sits in a shop window waiting for a buyer. You receive a photo of your bouquet before it heads west, and that is what arrives.
Can you deliver flowers to Ealing Hospital?
Ealing Hospital on Uxbridge Road in Southall is the nearest large hospital to Greenford, and we can deliver to its main reception. Many wards do not accept cut flowers, so check with the ward before you order. If flowers are allowed, include the patient’s full name, the ward and a phone number we can reach you on. Often it is nicer to have the bouquet waiting at home for the day of discharge.
What happens if nobody is home in Greenford?
The driver rings the number on the order first. If there is no answer, the flowers can go to a neighbour or to the safe place you gave us, such as the porch, the side gate or the concierge. If no safe place is named, the bouquet is not left outside: it returns with the driver and we phone you to arrange another delivery.
How late can I order for Greenford today?
Every order paid by 22:00 is delivered the same day, seven days a week. The one exception is 24 December, when same-day orders close at 5pm. Anything paid after the cut-off goes out the next day. Our guide to London cut-off times lists the times for other parts of the city.
Can I choose a delivery window for Perivale?
Yes, for any later date: morning (9am–1pm), afternoon (1pm–6pm), evening (6pm–11pm) or any time that day. Same-day orders come without a window, between 9am and 11pm. In the days before Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day the evening round can finish late. If a precise time matters, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will tell you straight whether we can do it.
