Tulips have two lives in a London flower studio. The British and European cool-season window — roughly November through to May — is when tulips are at their wildest and most varied: heirloom French tulips with curling stems, parrot tulips with feathered petals, double tulips that look almost like peonies. Outside that window, we keep tulips available year-round through carefully sourced Dutch imports, so a tulip bouquet is rarely out of reach. Because varieties and stem lengths shift between the seasons, our tulip bouquets are priced seasonally rather than at a flat rate — current pricing is always shown before you order. A few small details make a big difference for tulips. Most arrangements hold for around 5 to 10 days, depending on the variety and the season. Trim the stems at an angle, place them in fresh, cool water in a clean vase, and keep them out of direct sunlight and away from radiators or fruit bowls — tulips are sensitive to the ethylene that ripening fruit gives off. Do not be alarmed when your tulips begin to lean and curve in the vase; it is not a flaw — it is the flower deciding where the light is.

Do you deliver tulips the same day in London?
Yes. Order by 10 PM and we deliver the same day across London and Greater London, seven days a week. Orders placed after the cut-off go out the following day.
How long do tulips last in a vase?
Most tulip arrangements hold for around five to ten days, depending on the variety and the season. Trim the stems at an angle, use fresh, cool water in a clean vase and refresh it every two days, and keep them away from radiators and the fruit bowl — tulips are unusually sensitive to the ethylene that ripening fruit gives off.
Why do my tulips keep moving in the vase?
Because they are still growing. A cut tulip carries on lengthening by an inch or two after it leaves us, and it bends towards the light as it goes, so an arrangement that was even on the first evening will lean by the third. That is the flower behaving normally rather than failing. Turn the vase each day if you would rather it stayed symmetrical.
When are tulips in season in the UK?
The British and European cool-season window runs roughly from November to May, and that is when the range is at its widest — heirloom French tulips, parrot and double varieties, the full spread of colour. Outside that window we work with Dutch glasshouse growers, and what we can make depends on what is cutting that week. This collection shows what is genuinely available today rather than everything we build across the year, so if the page looks short in late summer, that is the season and not the studio.
How much is a tulip bouquet?
Tulips are priced seasonally rather than at a flat rate, because stem length, variety and availability change so much between the seasons. The price shown on each product is the price you pay, and bouquets across our site start at £39.
Can I ask for a particular colour or variety?
Yes. Pink is the shade we are asked for most, and we also work with white, coral, deep burgundy and the painterly parrot varieties as the season allows. Leave the colour or the variety in the order notes and we will confirm what is cutting before we make the bouquet up.
Can you send tulips outside London?
Yes — we deliver across the rest of the UK, where delivery takes two to three working days. Bouquets travelling outside London are set into florist’s foam soaked with water, so they arrive already arranged and still drinking rather than flat-packed through a letterbox.
