Gift cards: common questions
How long is a Floritta gift card valid?
12 months from the date it is bought. A card scheduled to be sent on a later date still counts its 12 months from the day of purchase.
How does the recipient get the gift card?
By email, with the code to use at checkout and your personal message, if you added one. You choose the day it is sent; leave the date blank and it goes straight away.
How does the recipient use it?
They choose any bouquet on floritta.uk and their own delivery date, and enter the code at checkout. The balance comes off the order, anything over it is paid by card, and whatever is left stays on the card for another order until it expires.
How much can I put on a gift card?
Any whole amount from £10 — you type it into the form, there is no upper limit.
Can I send a gift card to someone outside London?
Yes. The card itself arrives by email, and the bouquet the recipient chooses is delivered like any other order: same-day across London, and in 2–3 working days to the rest of the UK.
