No. We have no branch in W5 or anywhere else in west London. Your flowers are arranged to order in Bermondsey, never taken from a shop display, and we send you a photo of the finished arrangement before it leaves, so there is no guessing about what will arrive.

Can you deliver flowers to Ealing Hospital?

Yes. Ealing Hospital stands on the Uxbridge Road just west of Hanwell, in UB1, and we deliver to its main entrance. Most wards there do not keep cut flowers at the bedside, so ask the ward first and give us the patient’s full name, the ward and a contact number. If flowers are not allowed, we will deliver to the family’s home in Ealing instead, on the day of discharge if you like.

What if nobody answers the door?

The driver rings the recipient first. If there is no answer, the flowers can go to a neighbour or to the safe place you named when ordering, a porch or a concierge desk, for instance. We do not leave bouquets on an open doorstep unless you have asked us to; if nothing works, they come back to Bermondsey and we call you to arrange a new delivery.

For any date from tomorrow onwards, yes: 9am–1pm, 1pm–6pm or 6pm–11pm, or leave it open and we fit it into the route. A same-day order has no window and arrives between 9am and 11pm. In the week before Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day the evening round can finish late.
