How late can I order for same-day delivery?
Until 10 PM. We accept same-day orders for London delivery up to 10 PM, seven days a week.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the product photo?
Yes — your bouquet will closely match the photo in design, colour palette and size. As flowers are natural and seasonal, a stem may occasionally be substituted with a similar bloom of equal or higher value. We never compromise on the look or value you ordered.
Will I see the bouquet before it is delivered?
Our florist sends you a preview photo of the finished bouquet before it leaves the studio, so you can confirm everything looks perfect or request a small tweak before delivery.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery in London?
Yes — same-day flower delivery across London, 7 days a week. Last orders are accepted until 10 PM. For the rest of the UK, delivery is 2–3 working days. Delivery cost is shown at checkout.
Which areas of London do you deliver to?
We deliver across all London zones — including Chelsea, Kensington, Fulham, Hammersmith, Battersea, Clapham, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Marylebone, Notting Hill, Canary Wharf, Islington, Southwark, Soho, Victoria, Pimlico and Wandsworth. If your area isn't listed, just enter the postcode at checkout — we cover most of Greater London.
How do I keep the flowers fresh for longer?
Trim the stems, place the bouquet in fresh water, and keep it away from direct heat and sunlight. Refresh the water regularly to help extend the vase life.
Can you deliver to offices, hotels, hospitals or other venues?
Yes, we can deliver to homes, offices, hotels, hospitals, restaurants and other venues across London.
What if one of the flowers is unavailable?
If a particular flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar bloom of equal or higher value while preserving the intended look and feel of the bouquet.
Can I make changes to the bouquet?
If you would like a small adjustment or have a specific request, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering and our team will do our best to assist.
Can I add a card message?
Yes, you can include a personal message with your order, and we will place it with the bouquet.
How much does flower delivery cost in London?
Delivery is £7.99, and free on orders from £99 — in London and across the UK. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
What happens if no one is home when the flowers arrive?
You choose what should happen at checkout: call the recipient on arrival, hand delivery only, leave with a neighbour, leave at the doorstep, leave in a safe place, or deliver to a reception or front desk. The courier follows the instruction you selected.
