Every bouquet is hand-tied by our florists in our own studio in Bermondsey and photographed before it goes out, so you see what you are sending. In central London a bouquet can reach the recipient within three hours of the order.

A London florist, not a relay service

There is a real difference between the two, and it is worth a paragraph. A relay service takes your order and passes it to whichever shop happens to be near the recipient; you pay a London price and receive whatever that shop had left that morning. Floritta has one studio, one team of florists and its own couriers. The bouquet you order is the bouquet we make, and the photograph you receive before dispatch is of the actual arrangement.

The studio is at Unit 3, The Willows, 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY, a few minutes from Bermondsey station. Flowers come in through the week rather than in one weekly delivery, so what goes into a bouquet on Tuesday was not bought the previous Friday.

How to order flowers in London

Choose a bouquet from the collection and order online, or message us on WhatsApp at +44 7387 939120 and a florist will put together options from what came into the studio that morning. Add a hand-written card at checkout — we write it out by hand, not print it.

Same-day flower delivery across London

We accept orders until 22:00 every day of the week, bank holidays included, and deliver across the whole of London on the same day. Central London addresses are usually reached within three hours of the order. Outside the centre, the bouquet arrives the same afternoon or evening when you order by 10pm.

You choose the delivery date at checkout, and you can order ahead for a date weeks away — birthdays and anniversaries are easier booked early, because the choice of flowers is wider. Delivery cost and the free-delivery threshold are shown at checkout.

Where we deliver

Every London postcode, to homes, offices, hotels, hospitals, private clubs, restaurants and event venues. Delivering to a business address works best with a little more detail: the company name, the floor or suite, and a reception contact. Hotels and private clubs want the guest name and, where there is one, the room number. For hospitals, the ward name matters more than the building — and it is worth checking the ward accepts flowers, because some do not.

What to send, and when

For a birthday, the safe answer is something bright and generous rather than something formal — see the birthday flowers selection. For an anniversary, roses remain the classic, and the count is part of the message. Peonies are the most asked-for single flower we sell, and their season is short enough to plan around.

What arrives

A hand-tied bouquet, wrapped and finished, with a water source at the stems so it travels. If you ordered a card, it is hand-written. Care instructions come with every bouquet, and following them is most of what determines how long the flowers last.

Our freshness guarantee is a minimum of three days from delivery when those instructions are followed. If the flowers wilt sooner, send us a photograph within those three days and we will replace the bouquet. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Flowers are seasonal, so a stem may occasionally be replaced with a similar bloom of the same grade. Where a substitution would change the character of the arrangement, a florist contacts you first rather than deciding for you.

What is good right now

The honest answer changes every few weeks, and it is worth asking rather than guessing. Peonies have a short, spectacular season and are not worth buying outside it. Tulips carry the early part of the year and are the best value in the shop while they last. Hydrangeas hold a room on their own and last well in a vase. Roses are the one flower available all year at a consistent grade, which is why they anchor so many arrangements. If you tell us the occasion and roughly what you want to spend, a florist will tell you what came into the studio this week and what would be a mistake to send today. That conversation costs nothing and it is usually more useful than a filter.

Beyond a bouquet

Some arrangements arrive ready to place, with no vase to find and nothing to trim: flower boxes hold the stems in a hydrated base, and flowers in a vase do the same for a home or a hospital room. Both travel well and both are the sensible choice when the recipient will not be in a position to deal with a wrapped bouquet.

Flowers can go out with chocolates and sweets or with something from the gifts range, added at checkout and delivered together as one parcel rather than as two separate arrivals.

How late can I order flowers for delivery today in London?

Until 10pm, seven days a week. In central London the bouquet can be with the recipient within three hours of the order; elsewhere in London it arrives later the same day. Ordering earlier gives a calmer delivery run and a wider choice of flowers.

Do you deliver flowers in London on Sundays?

Yes — every day of the week, including Sundays and bank holidays. There is no weekend surcharge.

Can I send flowers to a London office or hotel?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Give us the company or hotel name, the floor or suite, and a reception contact; for a hotel guest, the guest name and room number if you have it. Reception will normally sign for the bouquet.

How much is flower delivery in London?

Can I send flowers anonymously?

Yes. Leave the card unsigned, or write whatever you want on it. We do not add the sender's name unless you ask us to, and our couriers do not volunteer it.

What if nobody is home?

The courier will call the recipient. If there is no answer, we try a neighbour or a safe place where the address allows it, and if neither works the bouquet comes back to the studio and we arrange a second attempt with you. A mobile number for the recipient is the single thing that most reduces the chance of a failed delivery — add it at checkout.
