Should I send a plant or a bouquet?
Send a plant when the gift should last: an office, a new home, a thank you to someone who already has enough vases, or a recipient who has said they find cut flowers wasteful. Send a bouquet when the moment matters more than the month — a birthday, an apology, a celebration. A flowering plant like a phalaenopsis orchid sits between the two: it looks like a gift on the day and is still there at Christmas.
Which plants do you deliver?
Potted orchids are the ones we send most — white, purple and yellow phalaenopsis, which hold their flowers for eight to twelve weeks and rebloom the following year — alongside a small range of green and flowering house plants. See the full orchid collection for the orchids specifically.
How are plants delivered?
By hand, in their pot and sleeve, so they arrive upright and undamaged rather than boxed and posted. Order by 10 PM for same-day delivery across London and Greater London, seven days a week. Larger or heavier plants travel London only; ask us before ordering if the address is outside.
Are your plants safe around pets?
Not all house plants are, and it is worth asking before you send one. Tell us in the order notes if there is a cat or a dog in the house and we will pick something suitable, or say honestly that we cannot on that budget. True lilies in particular should never go to a home with a cat.
