There is no Floritta counter in the City — we are a delivery florist working from our own London studio, ten minutes away across the river. Bouquets are made to order and brought to EC1, EC2, EC3 and EC4 by our couriers, to reception desks and trading floors as readily as to flats in the Barbican. We need the patient’s full name and ward; the bouquet is handed in at the main reception unless the ward has said otherwise.
