Courier jobs – deliver flowers on your way

We're Floritta, a florist studio in Southwark (SE1, near London Bridge). Every evening we send bouquets all over London – Wimbledon, Ealing, Hackney, Hampstead and everywhere in between. Instead of long van routes, we'd rather hand them to people who are going that way anyway.

If you travel across London after work or college, tell our Telegram bot where you're heading. It shows the deliveries on your route, you pick the ones that suit you, and we pay you for each one.

Looking for a florist, marketing, office or IT role instead? Work with us – leave an application.

£7–£11 per delivery · paid weekly · no shifts · on foot, bike, public transport or car

How it works

  1. Register in the bot. Name, phone, how you travel, home postcode and your right-to-work share code. A manager checks it within 24 hours and the bot tells you when you're cleared.

  2. Find a job on your way. Tap "Where are you going?", save your regular trips in "My routes", or browse "Jobs today" / "Jobs tomorrow". The bot also messages you when a job appears in your areas.

  3. Apply. A manager confirms, and you get the full address and details.

  4. Collect from the studio in SE1. Tap "I'm on my way" before you set off so the bouquet is ready when you arrive.

  5. Hand it over and take a photo. That's the proof of delivery. Done.

Questions and answers

How much do you pay?

£7 for a delivery up to 10 km from the studio, £9 for 10–15 km and £11 for 15–25 km, plus £1.50 when the delivery has a tight one-hour window. The fee is shown on the job before you apply and never changes after that.

Why only £7–£11?

Because the idea is a trip you're making anyway. If you go home to Wimbledon every evening, a bouquet for someone in Wimbledon turns that journey into £9–£11. It isn't meant to be a full-time courier job.

When do I get paid?

Every week, by bank transfer, for the deliveries completed the week before, with a statement listing each job.

Do I have to work shifts or a minimum number of hours?

No. There are no shifts, no minimum and no penalty for not taking a job or for withdrawing before you collect it. You can work for other apps at the same time.

Who can join?

Anyone aged 18 or over who has the right to work in the UK. We check it once with your Home Office share code, as the law requires. You work as a self-employed courier.

I'm a student. Can I join?

If you are in the UK on a Student visa, the visa does not allow self-employed work, so unfortunately we can't offer you jobs. If you're a student with another status (for example settled status or a British passport), you're welcome.

Can I deliver by car?

Yes. You'll need courier insurance ("hire and reward") – a normal private car policy doesn't cover paid deliveries. Send the certificate to the manager once. Pay-as-you-go courier cover can be arranged in a day.

What about tax?

You're self-employed. If your self-employed income from all sources (before expenses) is over £1,000 in a tax year (6 April – 5 April), you normally register for Self Assessment by 5 October after that tax year ends. Under £1,000 the trading allowance usually means there's nothing to declare. The bot has a short "Tax & status" page in plain English.

Are some orders bigger than others?

For your first five deliveries you'll see orders up to £99. After that, all jobs on the board are open to you.

Some orders contain alcohol. Can I deliver them?

Yes, after a five-minute training in the bot. The rules come from our licence: alcohol leaves the studio only between 08:00 and 21:30, and it goes only to an adult in person – if they look under 25, you ask for ID. If you can't hand it over, you bring it back to the studio and we still pay the full fee, plus 50% for the return trip.

What if the recipient isn't home?

Tap "Problem with delivery" in the bot. The studio contacts the recipient and tells you what to do. Never leave a bouquet unattended.

Can someone else do a delivery for me?

Yes, you can send a substitute, as long as they meet the same requirements.

How do I talk to the studio?

Write to the bot. Your message goes straight to the studio team and they reply in the same chat.
