Same-Day Flower Delivery in Forest Gate E7
Forest Gate sits between Stratford and Ilford, with the open grass of Wanstead Flats along its northern edge and Woodgrange Road running down to Romford Road through the middle. The Elizabeth line stops at Forest Gate station, and two Overground stations, Wanstead Park and Woodgrange Park, serve the quieter streets to the east. Floritta does not have a shop in E7. Each bouquet is put together once your order comes in, at our studio in Bermondsey, SE1, and then driven across the river and out east — pay by 22:00 and it arrives in Forest Gate that same day.
Terraces, conversions and flats over the shops
Most of Forest Gate is long Victorian terraces. On the Woodgrange estate, between Romford Road and the railway, the houses are big and detached or semi-detached, and the door number is usually all we need. Many other terraces have been split into two or three flats, so “Flat B” or “top floor” in the address saves the driver a guess at the bells. Above the shops on Woodgrange Road, Green Street and Upton Lane the entrance is often a side door or a door at the back — tell us in the note. Ordering for someone at a GP surgery, a nursery or a school office? On a weekday the driver will hand the flowers in at the front desk.
How a same-day order reaches E7
Forest Gate is on the run that also covers Stratford and Ilford, so it is served every day. Pay before ten at night and the bouquet is made, photographed and delivered the same day, seven days a week, with no surcharge for a same-day order. There is no time slot on today’s orders: the van reaches you somewhere between 9am and 11pm. Choose a later date and the checkout lets you pick a window — and before you pay it shows the delivery fee and the order total from which delivery is free. Want the flowers in the evening, for a dinner or after work? Order a day early and take the 6pm–11pm slot.
What Forest Gate orders most often
Birthdays come first, so browse the birthday flowers if that is the occasion. For an anniversary or simply to say thank you, red or pastel roses and our mixed bouquets work well. Many E7 homes are flats with little shelf space, which is why flowers in a vase are popular: nothing to cut or arrange. A potted plant is a long-lasting present for a new neighbour or a new job. Every order carries a card with your words, written out by the florist.
The streets of E7 we deliver to
The whole of Forest Gate: Woodgrange Road and the station, Romford Road, Forest Lane and Forest Lane Park, Upton Lane, Katherine Road, the Woodgrange estate, the streets round Wanstead Park and Woodgrange Park stations, and the roads that back onto Wanstead Flats. Next door we cover Stratford (see our Stratford page) and Ilford (our Ilford page), and also Manor Park, Upton Park, Plaistow and Wanstead. Enter the postcode at checkout and it will confirm whether we reach the address. Every London district we deliver to is listed on the London flower delivery page.
Is there a Floritta florist in Forest Gate?
No shop, no. We work from a single studio in Bermondsey and start a bouquet only when someone orders it, so the flowers are fresh rather than left over from the day before. You get a photo of the finished bouquet, and then it is packed in a box and taken to E7.
Can I send flowers to a hospital patient from Forest Gate?
The nearest hospitals for Forest Gate are Newham University Hospital in Plaistow and Whipps Cross in Leytonstone. Many wards do not take flowers, so check with the ward first. Where flowers are accepted, give us the patient’s full name, the ward name and a phone number, and the driver will leave the bouquet at main reception. Plenty of people choose instead to send it home for the day the patient comes out.
What if nobody is in when you deliver in E7?
The driver calls the number on the order first. With no answer, the flowers go to a neighbour or to the safe place you named — a porch, a side passage, a bin store with a lid. With no instructions at all, we keep the bouquet and phone you to set a new time; we do not leave flowers on a doorstep in plain view.
How late can I order flowers to Forest Gate for today?
Until 22:00, any day of the week. The only different date is Christmas Eve, when same-day ordering ends at 5pm on 24 December. If you pay after the cut-off, the order is delivered the next day. Cut-off times for every part of London are in our cut-off times guide.
Can I choose a delivery time in E7?
For any day after today, yes: 9am–1pm, 1pm–6pm, 6pm–11pm or the all-day option. Same-day orders come between 9am and 11pm. On the busiest days, like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, delivery runs later than usual. If timing matters to the minute, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will say plainly whether it is possible.
Funeral and sympathy flowers in Forest Gate
We send sympathy bouquets to families anywhere in E7, and wreaths, sprays and name tributes either to the funeral director or directly to the service. Two cemeteries lie inside Forest Gate itself: West Ham Cemetery on Cemetery Road and Woodgrange Park Cemetery on Romford Road. Tell us where and when the service is, and the flowers will be there before the mourners. Our funeral flowers include classic white wreaths and tributes in the colours someone loved, always with a handwritten card.
