Delivery questions

What time is the cut-off for same-day flower delivery in London?

10 pm, seven days a week, Sundays included. Orders placed before 10 pm London time are delivered the same day across London, subject to courier availability in your area. We compare our deadline with the published cut-off times of other London florists in London flower delivery cut-off times.

How long does delivery to the rest of the UK take?

Two to three working days. Same-day delivery and the 10 pm cut-off apply to London only; outside London the bouquet travels by courier.

How much does flower delivery cost?

£4.99, in London and across the UK, and free on orders from £120. There is no extra charge for a same-day order or for ordering late in the evening.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

Yes. Same-day delivery in London and the 10 pm cut-off apply every day of the week, Sundays included.

When is the Christmas delivery cut-off?

For addresses outside London, order by 18 December so the courier has the two to three working days it needs. In London we deliver through the holiday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day included; the one change is on 24 December, when same-day orders close at 5 pm instead of 10 pm. Wreaths, table arrangements and festive bouquets are in the Christmas collection, and December dates fill up, so book the date at checkout as early as you can.

Can I choose the delivery date and time?

You pick the delivery date yourself at checkout, so an order placed tonight can be scheduled for any future date. Checkout asks for the date, not an hour — if the flowers have to arrive by a particular time, write it in the order notes or message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm it with you.
