Getting in touch

What are your opening hours?

The studio works every day from 08:00 to 22:00, and online orders are accepted until 22:00 (10pm) seven days a week, including bank holidays.

Where is the Floritta studio?

Unit 3, The Willows, 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY, in Bermondsey. We are a delivery florist rather than a shop with a counter: bouquets are made to order in the studio and driven to the address.

How do I reach a florist quickest?

Can I change an order after placing it?

Message us as early as you can on WhatsApp with the order number. Until the bouquet has been made we can usually change the flowers, the message on the card, the delivery address or the date.

Do you take wedding and event enquiries by phone?

Yes. For weddings and events tell us the date and the venue, and a florist will come back with options and a quote; those orders are priced individually rather than from the website.

How late can I order for same-day delivery?

Until 10 PM. We accept same-day orders for London delivery up to 10 PM, seven days a week.

Which areas of London do you deliver to?

We deliver across all London zones — including Chelsea, Kensington, Fulham, Hammersmith, Battersea, Clapham, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Marylebone, Notting Hill, Canary Wharf, Islington, Southwark, Soho, Victoria, Pimlico and Wandsworth. If your area isn't listed, just enter the postcode at checkout — we cover most of Greater London.
