No, there is no Floritta shop in E1W. We are a delivery florist: the arranging is done in our workshop in SE1, just south of the river, and the bouquet comes to Wapping by car. Can you deliver to the Tower Hotel or a hotel near Tower Bridge?

Yes. For a hotel at St Katharine Docks or around Tower Hill, put the guest’s full name and the hotel name on the order, and if possible the name the room is booked under and the date of arrival. Reception signs for the bouquet and gives it to the guest, so they do not need to be in their room when the driver comes. If the guest checks in later than the delivery, say so in the comment and the front desk will normally hold the flowers.

Can flowers be delivered to a boat in St Katharine Docks?

We cannot walk onto the pontoons ourselves, because access to the berths is controlled by the marina. Give us the boat name, the berth if you know it and a mobile number for the recipient, and the driver will call them to meet at the gate. If the recipient may not be on board, a home address or a nearby reception is the safer choice.

What time do I need to order for same-day delivery in E1W?

The cut-off is 22:00 for delivery on the same day. On Christmas Eve, 24 December, it moves earlier, to 17:00.
