Cashback on every order

• Earn cashback on every order — and the more you order, the more you earn. Your rate grows with everything you've spent with us:
• Use your balance like cash next time — up to 30% off an order.
• Cashback lands once your payment is confirmed and never expires while your account is active.
• If an order is later cancelled or refunded, any cashback earned on it is removed from your balance.
• Applies to orders placed on floritta.uk (orders via delivery marketplaces don't earn points).

Your rate is based on the total of all your past orders — once you reach a tier it stays.

Give £10, get £10

• Share your personal link — your friend gets £10 off their first order over £40.
• When their order is delivered and paid, you get £10 in points.
• The friend discount is for new customers only and can't be combined with a promo code.
• Fair-use limit: you can earn rewards for up to 10 referrals per calendar month. Your friends still get their discount beyond that.
• Rewards are for genuine referrals of new customers. We may withhold rewards or discounts we reasonably believe are abusing the programme (for example self-referrals or duplicate accounts).

Floritta may update these terms; the current rules always apply. Points and referral rewards have no cash value and can only be redeemed against orders on floritta.uk.
