Dill has fine, feathery green foliage with small clusters of tiny yellow-green flowers. Florists use it as a soft, textural filler that lightens denser arrangements.
Recut stems and place in clean water as soon as possible. Strip any foliage that would sit below the waterline. Keep away from excess heat and direct sun, which will wilt the fine foliage quickly. Change water regularly as it fouls fast.
