- Papery, stiff texture with no moisture content
- Faded or muted natural colour, sometimes dyed in bright unnatural shades
- Brittle stems that snap rather than bend

- Lightweight compared to fresh equivalent
Care
Keep completely dry, away from humidity, steam and direct water. Store away from direct sunlight to prevent further fading. Handle gently as stems and petals are brittle and can shatter. Dust occasionally with a soft brush or low cool airflow.
