Eryngium has spiky, cone-shaped flower heads surrounded by sharp, silvery-blue bracts. Florists value its striking structure for adding contrast and texture to bouquets.
Strip any foliage that will sit below the waterline, as it decays quickly. Recut stems at an angle and place in clean water with flower food. Eryngium is not sensitive to ethylene and lasts well with minimal care. Keep away from direct heat and draughts.
