How it works
Description
Two hearts joined together, massed in fresh roses and seasonal flowers. Sent when two lives are being remembered together, or as a tribute from the whole family. Made on a floral foam frame in the colours you choose.
Made to order in the style shown. The photograph shows the shape and style of the tribute. Every piece is made by hand, and the flowers are chosen by our florist for the season and what is freshest on the day, so your tribute will differ from the photograph in its details.
Delivered within London only. Framed tributes — letters, crosses, hearts, cushions and casket sprays — are hand-delivered across London on the day of the funeral, to the crematorium or funeral home. We are not able to send these tributes outside London: they do not survive transport in a box.
Please order at least 24 hours before the funeral so we can buy the flowers for your tribute.
Care instructions
To keep your flowers looking their best for longer:
• Trim the stems at a 45° angle every 2 days
• Change the water daily and keep the vase clean
• Keep the bouquet away from direct sunlight, heat sources and ripening fruit
• Remove any wilting leaves or petals promptly
Balloons, plants and gift sets each include their own care notes on the packaging.

Substitutions & seasonality
Floral availability varies with the season. If a specific stem is unavailable, our florists will substitute it with a flower of equal or higher value while preserving the overall colour palette, style and feel of the arrangement. For decorative elements (ribbons, wraps, vases), we may use a similar item if the exact one is out of stock.
Gift message / Custom request
Add a personal touch at checkout — every order includes a complimentary handwritten card. For bespoke requests (specific colours, themed arrangements, branded packaging or larger custom orders), contact us via WhatsApp or [email protected] and we will tailor the order for you.

If you add a "special delivery wish" such as "hand delivery only", our support team and courier will always do their best to follow it and hand the order to the recipient in person. If the recipient is unavailable when the courier arrives, we will leave the order in a safe place near the address so your flowers stay fresh and are not returned.
