To keep your flowers looking their best for longer:
• Trim the stems at a 45° angle every 2 days
• Change the water daily and keep the vase clean
• Keep the bouquet away from direct sunlight, heat sources and ripening fruit
• Remove any wilting leaves or petals promptly

Substitutions & seasonality

If a specific stem is unavailable, our florists will substitute it with a flower of equal or higher value while preserving the overall colour palette, style and feel of the arrangement. For decorative elements (ribbons, wraps, vases), we may use a similar item if the exact one is out of stock.
