Questions we are asked

Can flowers be delivered to a London office on the same day?

Yes. We take same-day orders across London until 22:00, and in central London three-hour delivery is available — which is the one that matters when a client meeting or a leaving do was arranged this morning. The practical constraint is not our cut-off but the office's: send before mid-afternoon so somebody is still at reception.

Who signs for flowers delivered to an office?

Reception or the post room, in almost every building. Put the company name, floor and the recipient's full name in the address — a bouquet addressed to a first name alone is the one that sits behind a desk unclaimed. For buildings with a concierge, a phone number for the recipient makes the handover quicker.

Can we get a VAT invoice for company flowers?

Yes. Floritta Ltd is UK VAT registered and business orders are invoiced with VAT, so the spend goes through your books normally. Set the account up through the Floritta for Business form and invoicing follows the account rather than the individual order.

How does an office flower subscription work, and can we pause it?

You choose the frequency — weekly, every two weeks, monthly or once a year — and the arrangement arrives on that rhythm without anybody re-ordering. Deliveries can be paused or skipped at any time and the change applies from the next delivery. Delivery and VAT are included in the subscription price; the first payment is taken when you subscribe, and each later one three days before the delivery it pays for.

Can one order go to several colleagues at different addresses?

Yes — a single order can carry many recipients and addresses, each tracked separately, which is how most companies handle birthdays, work anniversaries and a Christmas round of client gifts. Gift mode hides prices from recipients, and your company name can be printed on the card.

What should we send to a client rather than to a colleague?

For a client, send something that reads composed rather than personal: a hand-tied bouquet in one or two tones, or a boxed arrangement that needs no vase in an office where nobody owns one. Avoid red roses entirely, keep the card signed by the company rather than an individual, and send to reception with the account manager's name on it.
