Contract flowers in London for hotels, restaurants and clubs
Floritta is an independent London florist, trading since 2021, and not everything that leaves our studio is a gift. A flower contract is a standing order for the room itself — a hotel lobby, a restaurant floor, a members' club. It works exactly the way our office subscriptions work; the address is simply a venue rather than a reception desk. You tell us the rhythm and the size, we deliver the arrangements made up and ready to stand, and one account can cover as many sites as you have.
What a flower contract actually is
It is a standing order, not a series of one-off bookings. You choose how often the flowers come — weekly, every two weeks or monthly — and the size and style are agreed once, when the contract is set up, so nobody on your team has to place an order again. Each delivery arrives hand-tied and hydrated; the previous arrangement comes out as the new one goes in.
Nothing about it is locked. A delivery can be paused or skipped whenever the venue is closed, refurbishing or simply quiet, and the change applies from the next delivery onward. Frequency can move up for a busy season and back down afterwards. If you want to see the mechanics before you talk to us, the consumer version of the same engine is on our flower subscriptions page, and the business terms sit on Floritta for Business.
Hotels, restaurants and members' clubs
The three read differently, and the arrangements should too. A hotel lobby is seen from every angle and from a distance, so it wants height and one clear idea rather than a mixed bunch — and it wants replacing on a schedule the front desk never has to think about. A restaurant is the opposite problem: flowers sit close to the guest, at eye level, next to food, so they have to be low, stable, unscented enough not to argue with the kitchen, and clean of pollen. A members' club usually falls between the two, with a reception piece that carries the room and smaller arrangements in the quieter corners.
We make all three from the same studio and the same market flowers, and a contract can start with a single room, so you can see how it reads before it covers the building.
Made in our own studio in Southwark
Every arrangement on a Floritta contract is made by our florists at Unit 3, The Willows, 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY — five minutes from Bermondsey, walking distance from London Bridge and Borough Market. Nothing is bought in ready-made and relabelled, which is the reason we can change a contract mid-week without asking a third party first.
From there we deliver across Greater London seven days a week, weekends and bank holidays included, with no weekend surcharge. Venues in Mayfair, Kensington and Chelsea are well inside that area, and the citywide picture is on the London flower delivery page.
Flowers on a day nobody planned for
Contracts cover the rhythm; the exceptions are what usually decide whether a florist is worth keeping. A private dinner appears in the book, a suite is upgraded for an arriving guest, a table is reset for someone celebrating. Because we are a same-day florist for the whole of London and take orders until 22:00 every day, an extra arrangement before an evening service is an ordinary order rather than a favour. In central London we also run a three-hour delivery, described on the express delivery page; Sundays and bank holidays work exactly like any other day, which the Sunday delivery page sets out in full.
Extras sit outside the agreed schedule, so they do not disturb the rhythm of the contract — the standing deliveries carry on unchanged around them.
Which arrangements suit which room
Hand-tied bouquets are the backbone of most contracts — they are what we make best, and the range they are drawn from is the ordinary fresh flowers catalogue rather than a separate trade list. For restaurant tables and bar tops, flower boxes are the steadier answer: the stems sit fixed in a hydrated base, so a knocked table does not become a puddle and the arrangement keeps its shape all week. Where a room needs green that lasts far longer than cut stems, plants and orchids hold a corner for months rather than days.
Seasonality is part of the point of a contract. The same brief looks different in February and in October, and a venue that takes flowers every week ends up with a room that changes through the year without anybody managing it. Our florists will tell you what is good at the market that week; if you would rather read it yourself, the flower care guide goes through how long each type lasts and why.
Several sites, one account
A group with four hotels does not want four accounts. One Floritta order can carry many addresses, each delivery tracked separately, so a head office sees one contract and each site sees its own flowers arrive. There is a single point of contact on our side, and your finance team gets one VAT invoice: Floritta Ltd is UK VAT registered under number 405133247, company registration number 13358527, and delivery and VAT are included in the subscription price rather than added afterwards.
What a contract with us does not include
Being clear about this is cheaper for both of us than finding out in week three. We supply regular arrangements delivered to your venue, and that is the whole of the service. We do not build floral installations, we do not dress rooms for events, and we do not style sets or shoots — if that is what your brief needs, a specialist in that work will serve you better than we would. We also do not supply flowers wholesale by the box for your own team to arrange.
What we do instead is the unglamorous half nobody photographs: the same arrangement, the same standard, in the same place, on the same day of the week, for as long as the contract runs.
Which venues do you supply on a contract?
Hotels, restaurants, bars, members' clubs and other venues across Greater London, plus the offices and reception areas the service grew out of. The deciding factor is not the type of business but the rhythm: if you need fresh flowers on a repeating schedule rather than once, a contract is the right shape. Venues outside Greater London are worth an email — we will say honestly whether we can hold the standard at that distance.
How often do the flowers come, and can we change it?
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly, agreed when the contract starts. You can pause or skip a delivery at any time and the change applies from the next one, so a closure, a refurbishment or a quiet month costs you nothing. Moving permanently to a different frequency is a message to us, not a new contract.
Can one contract cover more than one site?
Yes. One order can carry several addresses with each delivery tracked separately, so a group or a multi-floor building stays one contract. You get one point of contact and one invoice; each site gets its own flowers on its own day.
Do you install flowers or dress rooms for events?
No. We deliver regular arrangements to your venue and nothing beyond that — no installations, no event dressing, no set styling. It is a deliberate limit rather than a gap we are hoping you will not notice: we would rather be the florist who turns up every Tuesday for three years than the one who overpromises once.
How are contract flowers invoiced?
With VAT, to the company. Floritta Ltd is UK VAT registered (VAT number 405133247), delivery and VAT are included in the subscription price, and the first payment is taken when the contract is set up, with each later one taken three days before the delivery it pays for.
Can we order extra flowers at short notice?
Yes, and most venues do. We deliver across London on the same day, seven days a week, with orders taken until 22:00, and three-hour delivery is available in central London. Checkout asks for the delivery date; a specific hour, an out-of-hours or an overnight delivery is arranged on request through your contact or by WhatsApp, and may carry an additional fee.
What happens if an arrangement does not last?
Our flowers are guaranteed to stay fresh for at least three days from delivery when the care instructions are followed. If they wilt sooner, send us a photo within those three days and we replace the arrangement. That is in addition to your statutory rights, and on a contract it is simply handled with the next delivery.
