Large-flowered (hybrid tea) rose with one bloom per stem
High-centred bud with classic spiral-opening petal arrangement
Sturdy straight stem with few thorns trimmed for trade
Glossy dark green compound leaflets (usually 5 per leaf)
Little to no scent in most commercial large-flowered roses

Care

Strip any foliage that would sit below the waterline and recut stems at an angle under water before conditioning. Use clean buckets with fresh flower food and keep away from ripening fruit and other ethylene sources. Keep the cooler at a steady low temperature and top up or change water regularly to prevent bacterial blockage.
