How to recognise Troubadour rose, when it is in season and how to keep it fresh.
Strip lower leaves and any thorns that will sit below the waterline, then re-cut stems at an angle under water. Use clean buckets with fresh flower food and keep away from ripening fruit and other ethylene sources. Keep water clean and change it every couple of days, re-cutting stems each time.
7–10 days
Store in a cooler at around 2–4°C when not on display.
