Calla Lily Bridal Bouquets

Most people who look for calla lilies are planning a wedding, and the flower earns it: a calla bouquet holds its line all day in a warm room, photographs cleanly against any dress and needs almost no greenery. Calla Lilies as a Gift

Callas are not only for brides. Moonlit pink elegance softens them with hydrangeas and spray roses, and the Golden London statement puts a calla lily among sunflowers, hydrangea, anthurium and ornithogalum for a bright, tall bouquet. Are calla lilies real lilies?

No. Callas are Zantedeschia, a plant from southern Africa in the arum family; they share the name, not the family, with true lilies such as oriental and Asiatic lilies. Can I order a calla lily bouquet for same-day delivery?

Yes. Every bouquet on this page is made in the studio on the morning it goes out, so orders placed by 10pm are delivered the same day anywhere in London, including weekends and bank holidays. For a wedding, choose the date and delivery window at checkout. Hand-tied bouquets also travel to the rest of mainland Britain in 2–3 working days.

How long do calla lilies last?

Cut callas are among the longer-lasting wedding flowers. Keep them in shallow, fresh water, trim the stems and change the water every two days; the stems will curl gracefully as they age rather than droop. Every bouquet carries our freshness guarantee: it stays fresh for at least three days from delivery when the care instructions are followed, or we replace it.

Are calla lilies safe for cats and dogs?

Callas are not true lilies, so they do not carry the serious risk to cats that oriental and Asiatic lilies do. They can still irritate a pet’s mouth if chewed, so keep the bouquet out of reach; each product page shows a pet warning where it applies.

Can you make a bespoke calla bouquet or matching buttonholes?
