What does an iris bring to a bouquet?
Height and a real blue. Irises are one of the few genuinely blue flowers we buy, and their straight stems give a bouquet a vertical line that round flowers cannot. They work best either massed on their own, where the repetition is the whole effect, or a few stems through a white and green arrangement to lift it.
How long do irises last, and do they open in the vase?
Around five to seven days, and yes — they arrive in tight bud and open over a day or two, which means the bouquet changes completely in the first forty-eight hours. Each individual flower is short-lived; take the spent ones off and the buds behind them keep coming. Cut the stems and change the water every two days.
Do you have white and blue irises?
Both, though the collection here is small and availability moves week to week. If you want irises specifically rather than a bouquet that happens to contain them, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly what is coming in.
Can you deliver irises today?
If they are in stock, yes — order by 10 PM for same-day delivery across London and Greater London. Because this is a small collection, a same-day order for a specific variety is worth confirming with us first; elsewhere in the UK allow two to three working days.
