Large broad heart-shaped leaf
Prominent parallel veins running lengthwise
Wavy or ruffled leaf edge
Leaf colour ranges from green to blue-green, often variegated with cream or white
Long sturdy petiole

Care

Strip any foliage that will sit below the waterline and re-cut the stem before placing in water. Keep in clean water and change it every couple of days. Not sensitive to ethylene. Mist occasionally to keep leaves turgid and avoid direct sun or draughts.
