Rounded, glossy leaflets arranged along a woody stem
Compound pinnate foliage with paired leaflets
Leaves often tinged bronze, burgundy or green depending on maturity
Woody, flexible stem with a mild resinous scent when crushed
Sometimes sold with berry clusters attached

Care

Strip any foliage that will sit below the waterline and recut stems on an angle. Use clean water with flower food and keep away from ripening fruit as it is sensitive to ethylene. Recut every few days to keep water uptake good.
