Ball dahlia form – tightly packed, almost spherical bloom
petals densely spiralled and incurved
sturdy hollow straight stem
mid-green, slightly toothed opposite leaves
no scent

Care

Strip foliage below the waterline, recut stems at an angle under water and use clean, cool water. Dahlias drink heavily, so check and top up water daily. Keep away from fruit and other ethylene sources, and avoid draughts or direct heat.
