Mini gerbera head, smaller than standard gerbera
Narrow, spiky, quill-shaped petals (spider type) rather than flat broad petals
Dark central disc typical of gerbera
Thick hollow hairy stem
Single flower per stem, no branching

Care

Recut stems with a sharp knife rather than scissors, which can crush the hollow stem. Use clean water with flower food and keep water level fairly shallow. Avoid wetting the flower heads. Gerbera stems can bend in water, so support with a tube or wire if needed.
